I am currently an In Network Provider for the following Colorado insurance companies:

United

Please contact me and your insurance company to determine your benefits and copay!

If we choose to work together out of your insurance network, I am happy to provide you with invoices of our sessions so you can submit them to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your customer service to ask about their reimbursement process.

Utilizing insurance to pay for mental health services is absolutely the cheapest route to take financially. However, there are several drawbacks to using insurance to pay for sessions:

• Providers are required to submit a clinical diagnosis for each client. If you do not want your mental health diagnosis to remain on your insurance record, you should not use insurance to pay for sessions.

• Insurance companies can dictate specifics about your treatment. For example, number of sessions covered and length of time in treatment.

• You are limited in your choices of therapists who are in-network for your insurance company. Finding the right therapist FOR YOU (regardless of the insurance they accept) is the most important aspect of therapy.

Cancellation Policy

The time I've reserved for our sessions is dedicated to you. Please cancel or reschedule appointments with 24 hours notice. Cancellations less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will result in a fee equivalent to the full normal visit rate. Exceptions will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are at my discretion.

If you show up late to an appointment you will still be seen, but please be aware that your appointment will still end at the normal time and full fee will be charged.
